The staff were friendly and provided helpful travel advice. The location was good, close to several metro stations.

My room was quite cold, and I found the phone wasn't working (so I couldn't easily contact reception). I was surprised there was no refrigerator in the room. It would have been useful to store some drinks and snacks.
